10 month check up

Most babies don't get a 10 month check up with the doctor.

Then again, most babies weren't 2 months early

Most babies don't have an identical sibling either

Either way, the girls had a 10 month checkup.

They passed with flying colors!

They're small, which we knew.

But are doing great with their developments.  They're right on time to ahead in pretty much all the development categories according to the doctor.

As far as size goes...

They're still on an "adjusted" growth curve, meaning that more or less they're being compared to babies 2 months younger.  It doesn't take into consideration that they're twins though.

So here's the stats...

Ada

Weight - 13 lbs

Length - 26 1/2"

Evie

Weight 12 lbs 12 oz (Still just 4 oz behind her sister)

Length - 26 1/2"

So in other words they're pretty darn identical!

Their size puts them right at the 10% for weight, 20% for height, and their heads...

Well they're bigger.

The 50%.

That's normal for premies.

John just thinks they have big heads to fit their big brains.

They are to smart for our own good...
