Breastfeeding

As I mentioned, I've been reading for pleasure a lot more recently.
You can only read so many books while you're pregnant about premies, low birth weight, twins, what to expect, and all other things baby books...
I did recently start reading La Leche League's book:
I'm not sure why I never read this before, but if you're pregnant or going to be pregnant, or a new mom, this is a great book.
It made me realize that I don't really give myself enough credit for breastfeeding.
I breastfeed.
TWINS.
And I'm good at it!
But even more importantly, my girls LOVE it.
It's kind of strange to think that breastfeeding doesn't get as much support as say formula, but I guess it's because there isn't the same kind of money to be made off of it.
Even as I type this post, every time I type breastfeeding, the computer tells me it's spelled wrong!
I don't want to ramble on to much about breastfeeding, but if you breastfeed be proud and keep it up!

On a completely different note...
I LOVE to watch my girls sleep.  They're very silly about it too...
It's so cute when they sleep with their little butts up.

Sometimes the way they sleep looks like they just stumbled and past out...
Case in point...
(Don't worry, I checked, her face was  not buried in the bumper)
Ada likes to use her bumper pad as a body pillow.
We tried to take the bumpers out and that only resulted in lots of crying, big bruises on foreheads and arms/legs caught between the bars.
So the bumpers returned.

So precious

One of the best parts of the day is going in to get the girls when they wake up. They're so full of smiles and laughs.  They usually play in their beds for a while before they let me know they're ready to get up.  The other day they were playing for a bit longer then usual.  I went in to see what was going on and saw this...
Yep, time to lower the beds to their lowest setting...

That's Evie, she pulled herself up and was standing.
She did look pretty proud of herself though.

What did Ada think?
All smiles of course.
