Busy

I've been busy...

I don't even know why I've been busy, but I must be really busy since I haven't found a chance to blog for two days in a row!!!

I'm sorry.  I didn't forget about my blog friends.

To be honest, I don't have any fun or exciting stories to tell you about while I've been gone.

I didn't go anywhere exciting.

Nothing new happened.

I guess I could tell you that I've been trying to adapt to the girl's schedule changes.  The last two days they've gotten up at 8:30 am and wanted out of bed and didn't want to eat.  That means a whole time nursing them missed, two days in a row.  That takes a LOT of adjustment!

So here's what I got...

Evie has a new game that she likes to play...

This is the girls' barn toy.  It's really cool where it will tell you the noises each animal makes and it's like a mini puzzle.  

Evie thinks that they don't belong on the closet door though...

But instead, she insists they go in her bed.

Ada will just sit there and watch while Evie takes them down one by one and moves them to her bed.

That's not her only new way to "put things away"

In their play room they have a toy box with a bunch of "little people" toys, especially the zoo.  Next to the toy box is a basket that we keep the clean cloth diapers in.  Evie will take all the toys on and around the toy box, and put them in the basket.  Then she'll put a diaper over them to hide them.  The first time I saw this, I thought John was just messing with me.

Ada will now start to take the toys OUT as Evie is putting them in.  They don't particularly like the competition that they give each other {grin}.

We do have some pretty big plans coming up over the next couple weeks that you should be excited about.
