Too Smart

I think it's official.  The girls are too smart.  Not for their own good, but for Mama and Daddy's!

They're starting to mimic the things we do now too, which can be dangerous!

Here's a small list of things that the girls like to do now

These are the newest outfits from Grandma.  They are too silly!

1. Turn the TV on - if they're in the basement they push the button and turn the TV on, if they're upstairs they can't reach the TV so they just go for the remote.

2. They can now remove their amber necklaces and swing them around like a whip.

3. Ada now likes to crawl up the steps (especially the front step) just to back herself down.  Repeat until tired...

4. They pull everything within reach out of the pantry.  This includes noodles, honey, cereal, and Swifer pads.  Our kitchen looks like a warzone when we're done playing down there.

Of course everyone wanted to eat the pretty flowers

5. They can open and close the cupboards in the bathroom just to pull all the wash clothes out.  Our bathroom looks like a warzone now too...

6. The girls watched John pump air up the tires on the stroller yesterday.  They then spent the next 20 minutes holding the air pump up to the tires trying to air them up as well.

Like most 1 year olds, I think it's fair to say that our girls are BUSY!
