Play Date

The girls had their first ever play date!

We were able to arrange a play date with blogger friend Niki and her boys Sam and Luke!  We met them at the NICU reunion a couple of weeks ago after following each other's blogs.  (crazy that 2 people can randomly find a blog on the internet from the same town and after missing each other in NICU by a matter of hours.  We were in the same hospital at the same time!)

Sam and Luke are a couple of weeks older then the girls and MUCH more mobile!

They walk and crawl so fast, it's INSANE.  And scary to think the girls will be doing that too!
The boys loved to play with all the girls toys {grin}

There really wasn't a lot of interacting between the girls and boys...

I think it was because the girls thought the boys were too cute! 

But let's be honest...

This is more for the Mama's then the babies...

And I sure had a good time!  I got to meet a new Mom that lives near me IRL - that means In Real Life. That was in the email from Niki about setting up a play date.  I had to look it up on urbandictionary.com.  Wow that means I'm getting old!

Ada was worn out after the boys left!

So was Evie!

It was great having a play date for the girls.  Possibly next time they won't be so overwhelmed!
